Meet the Team

Pearl Chow

Founder

Pearl Chow is the founder of DirectLine Procurement, a consulting firm dedicated to transforming the way businesses think about procurement and supply chain. Pearl believes that every inefficiency is an opportunity waiting to be uncovered — and she has built her career around helping companies do exactly that.

Pearl's journey began in 2001, stepping into the world of supply chain through outdoor manufacturing. It was there she discovered her passion for solving complex operational challenges. That passion took her further when in 2007 she stepped into global healthcare procurement, where she spent 19 remarkable years leading procurement at an international level — navigating high-stakes environments where every decision matters and every dollar counts.

What drives Pearl is simple: she wants to see businesses thrive. Whether it's untangling a broken process, finding cost savings that go straight to the bottom line, or building stronger supplier relationships, Pearl shows up with energy, expertise, and a genuine care for the people she works with. For Pearl, great customer service isn't a policy — it's a value she lives by on both sides of the table, with suppliers and clients alike.

Through DirectLine Procurement, Pearl brings that same drive and dedication to every client she partners with — helping them build leaner, smarter, and more resilient supply chains for the future.
